"The purpose for which this Corporation is organized is to serve as the Association for owners of land in Larimer County, Colorado described by a land survey subdivision plat ("PLAT") entitled "Final Plat Boise Village P.U.D., being a Planned Unit Development of Anderson Farm Seventh Subdivision, City of Loveland" and any additional lands added thereto ("Subdivision"), under a Declaration of Protective Covenants and any modifications thereof ("Declaration") recorded or to be recorded in the office of the Clerk and Recorder of Larimer County, Colorado. Terms and Definistions contained within such Declaration have the same meaning when used herein as in the Declaration. The Corporation may conduct any lawful activity pursuant to the Colorado Revised Nonprofit Corporation Act in fulfilling such purpose."
