DESCRIPTION
Boyd Lake North Homeowners Association is a 35 unit, single-family residential situated in the Boyd Lake North subdivision. Located directly adjacent to Boyd Lake, the association was officially organized as a non-profit corporation on May 30th, 1985 and upon the filing of the Articles of Incorporation within the offices of the state of Colorado, Secretary of State on September 25, 1985. "To be and constitute the Association to which reference is made in the Declaration Creaing Covenants, Conditions, Restriction and Easements for Boyd Lake North and any supplement thereto (for brevity, hereinafter referred to as ("Declaration") to be recorded in the records of the Clerk and Recorder of the County of Larimer, State of Colorado, and to perform all obligations and duties of the Association and to perform all obigations and duties of the Association and to exercise all rights and powers of the Association described in said Declaration. The definitions set forth in the Declaration shall also be applicable to these Articles of Incorporation, said definitions being incorporated herein by reference as if set forth at length herein."
