"In compliance with the requirements of The Colorado Non-Profit Corporation Act, set forth in Statutes 1963, Chapter 31, Article 24, the undersigned, all of whom are residents of the County of Denver and State of Colorado and all of whom are of full age, have this day voluntarily associated themselves together for the purpose of forming a corporation not for profit and do hereby certify:
ARTICLE I

"TRACT A 5.0 ACRES. A tract of land described as follows: Commencing at the NE 1/4 of Section 27, T.5 S., R. 68 W. of the 6th Principal Meridian in Arapahoe County, State of Colorado, thence S 0 degrees 38' 40" W. along the west line of said NE 1/4 868.666 feet thence east on a 90 degree angle 50' to the point of beginning, thence south 89 degrees, 21' 20" E. 25.0 feet, thence along th arc of a curve to the right for a distance of 174.53 feet the radius of said curve being 400.0 feet, thence S 64 degrees 21' 20" E. 237.99 feet, thence along the arc of a curve to the right for a distance of 170.17 feet the radius of said Curve being 150.0 feet, thence S. 86' 36" W 380.0 feet, thence along the arc of a curve to the left for a distance of 118.646 feet the radius of said curve being 797.953 feet to the east right of way lineof South Broadway, thence N 00 degrees 38'/ 40" E 537.60 feet along said right of way lineto the point of the beginning."
