A. To constitute the Association to which referrence is made in the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions for BELLE HAVEN ESTATES SUBDIVISION.
B. To exercise all powers and to administer, manage, and govern the subdivision in Montrose County, Colorado, platted as BELLE HAVEN ESTATES SUBDIVISION, including all powers granted to the Association under the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions.
C. To own, administer, and maintain property, whether real or personal or interest therein, for the use and benefit of designated lot owners within BELLE HAVEN ESTATES SUBDIVISION.
