"To be and constitute the Association to which reference is made in the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions of Fountain Valley Ranch recorded in Book 6573 beginning at Page 757 of El Paso County, Colorado records and the First Amendment thereto recorded in Book 6573 beginning at Page 772 of said records and any supplement thereto (hereinafter referred to as "Declaration") made by NEW GENERATION HOMES, INC., a Colorado corporation (hereinafter it and its successors and assigns are referred to as the "Declarant") and to be recorded in the records of the Clerk and Recorder of the County of El Paso, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado Revised Statutes, 7-20-101 (terms which are defined in the Declaration shall the same meanings herein unless otherwise defined), and to perform all obligations and duties of the Association and to exercise all rights and powers of the Association described in said Declaration."
