DESCRIPTION
Pinon Glen Homeowners Association is a 72 unit, single family residential community, located in Northwest Colorado Springs Colorado adjacent to the Mountain Shadows Open Space and Ute Vallery Park. The community is bounded by Mule Deer Drive (north), Centennial Blvd (west) and Centennial Blvd (south). The association was formed and founded on May 19, 1997.
To be and constitute the Association to which reference is made in the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Easements and Restrictions of Pinon Glen, and any amendment or supplement thereto ((hereinafter called the "Declaration " and the definitions and provisions thereof are incorporated herein by this reference as if set forth at length) which has been or will be recorded in the records of the El Paso County Clerk & Recorder, Colorado, and to perform all obligations and duties of the Association and to exercise all rights and powers of the Association.
