Purposes
""The business, objectives and purposes for which the corporation is formed are as follows:
A. To be and constitute the Association to which reference is made in the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions of the Scottsdale at Briargate Townhomes (herein sometimes called the "Declaration") recorded or which will be recorded in the office of the Clerk and Recorder of the County of El Paso, State of Colorado, relating to the project described therein (herein sometimes called the "Project") in the City of Colorado Springs, State of Colorado and to perform all obligations and duties of the Association and to exercise all rights and powers of the Association, as specified therein."" DESCRIPTION
The Scottsdale at Briargate Homeowners Association is a 77 unit townhome community situated in the Briargate corridor. Bound by Briargate Blvd. on th north, North Union Blvd. on the west, Lexington Dr. on the east, and Tecumseh Rd. on the south. The community is situated between Rampart Park (north) and Cottonwood Creek Park. The community is located within walking distance to Rampart High School.
